New sales channels, different requirements

Some year ago an organization specialized in efficient communication solutions began utilize a new type of sales channel. Important processes used in the sales channel have not been able to adapt to changing requirements and there is an urge for improvements.
Magnificent has been assigned for a process assessment, to idenitfy prerequisites and requirements in the new sales channel, specific focus set on Supply and Demand. The purpose with the project is to secure handling of the new sales channel through joint planning for supply and demand, business view in decision making and clear roles and functional responsibilities.
