Companies are willing to put in months for planning a transformation, but quite often lack the ability to set clear goals, to communicate the need for change, and particulars for the company and the new situation. The result is that the transformation and change process is not as successful as planned.
If organizational transformations are to succeed, clear and high aspirations for change are required.
